X= amount of points you want. Or use another file or mod.
I made this file for my self in order to reset all my perks without having to type in each command individually and decided to share.
press ~ key to open command window and type: bat perkreset
You will know when it worked, because you will get a message at top right of screen that says: All Perks Reset

I am using on Steam, my file placement is: C:/SteamLibrary/steamapps/common/Starfield
