If anyone can help to actually add control for gravity when power levels on the grav drive are at 0, the gravity in the ship would be at 0, and then power is distributed to the grav drive past one, gravity will be at 1.
I wanted to do something like that but I'm not pro modder. Try to ask that question on forum or to open requirement topic. It would be great that someone improve this mod. All modders have my approval to edit this mod.
Cool mod, and a great idea. It works, but ultimately I decided not to use for now. Wish there was a way for only the player and crew/passengers to float, because you end up with a lot of crap on the floors once you turn gravity back on :D.
when i first visited the sol system, there was a ship that invited me for a party. i could vote vor turning gravity off. was a neat little scene, i am really dissappointed they didnt use this feature any further.

Yes, I always thought the grav drives simply folded space like Star Trek warp drives and that was their only purpose. Then Cora herself tipped us off that they also functioned as artificial gravity generators.
