BIOMETRIC ID is 1. You had to adjust the "BIOMETRIC ID" on the shaping screen to 1 and then tweak the next slider. I am sorry for wasting your time. I will add the image.
Lemme get this straight in case some people still don't understand: 1. Download the author's zip file and extract it into some random folder (not your game's directory or any of your Starfield's Documents folder) 2. Inside the extracted folder theres a bunch of numbered images with all his face sliders. Go to a random face doctor (example: Enhance store in Neon, or just type "slm 14" in console command), change your face step-by-step accordingly to his images in the extracted folder (it's Japanese but it's easy to follow in sequence as he captured every slider of his. Hats off to this man's dedication!). 3. After you're done, save the face (500 creds if you do it at Enhance store), stand infront of Sarah, enable console command, left click at her in the console (if it appears as "NPC_ 'SarahREF' (some numbers) [EP]" then it's correct) then type in "capp 14", hit enter. The model will reload after you press enter, it's normal so don't be worried. 4. Exit the console and enjoy! No files deleting or new saves needed. You can basically do this to any npc you like not just Sarah alone. -> This is the vanilla way. If you use mods then my guess is you just have to point your sliders to the ones you changed through the mods. I haven't used texture mods yet so I don't know. Reply to my comments if you've done this with other mods so people can follow.
I understand all this but one thing i don't get. After doing this, my character also looks different, so how do i change my appearance back to original?
@Badbonez I noticed that as well. The nose part has 2 pictures which may confuse everyone. Follow the 1st picture of nose adjustment only, the 2nd one is just the last slider of the nose adjustment and it doesn't impact much (if you still wanna go and accidentally got lost just pay attention to the slider numbers or simply re-compare with his pictures from the beginning. I strongly recommend you navigate with keyboard rather than mouse). Your character's nose looks just the same as if you've falsely changed the entire sub-sliders of nose adjustment according to the 2nd picture of his sliders. Revert the nose to his 1st picture and you'll do fine. I understand Japanese and already memorized all sliders of the game so I didn't lose track while I was adjusting for the first time, but that's different for each of us. Besides, the character-editing's face and the in-game's face don't look the same at all even when done right, I guess that's Bethesda's fault. You can jump between the background tab and face-editing tab to see the differences.
Here's my Sarah if you're curious: https://imgur.com/a/qndK6zb
what 99% don't understand WHY THE HELL lost so time doing that if the modder just could do a mod with the meshes like all other mods, "oh you won't glad use other mod" indeed I don't use this mod, cause that but I could use it, if was easy, IF.
Could give us preset files or images using CharGenMenu mod (https://www.nexusmods.com/starfield/mods/6850), please? I tried a lot of times, but still cannot make my sarah as beautiful as yours.
can someone tell me how this works? i'm not understanding the instructions and how starfield modding works as far as all starfield mods. i pretty much new to modding
Did you make the face texture yourself on the Beauty Sarah Face Texture2.0 file? I just want to know cuz I'm trying to figure out how to make my own face texture or use something from the game as a template.

整形画面の「生体ID」を1に合わせてからスライダーをいじる必要がありました
