Simply replaces all running start animations with blank files, nothing more.
Known Issues:
Moving backwards right with a melee weapon will cause animation stutter. This is a vanilla bug
Moving backwards with a pistol in relaxed stance will also cause animation stutter. Another vanilla bug
Some animations are now abrupt and stiff especially when using a gamepad.
