------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Hey ! I installed your ReShade preset, but I really feel like you might be colorblind. The rendering has a strong yellow tint and displays colors that don’t look natural to the human eye. I don’t know how else to explain it it feels like I’m using a preset designed for colorblind people. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
This isn’t meant as criticism or negativity, I just really want to achieve the same visuals as in the images you shared, but I’m not getting the same result at all I must have missed something or overlooked a setting.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- This is what the game looks like without any Reshade. Just a heads-up, I'm using the Constellation by V2 modpack, so I'm not sure if it might affect Reshade's visuals. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Been loving the colourful preset for a couple hundred hours now. All I can say is, combined with Neutral LUTs, you aren't prepared for how black the blacks are. Fantastic
Just installed this. I am not used to Resahde. But now there is a filmgrain / saltpepper effect. How do I turn that off? Disregard. It was native Starfield, its just the reshade made it way more noticable.
Experiencing this as well with Rudy102_STARFIELD_BASE_LUTs_NATURAL.ini as of Starfield update 1.8.86, but I wasn't before :( I suspect that one of the new implementations by Bethesda in the recent updates (such as Frame Generation) is causing these visual defects with Rudy's lovely Reshade presets
EDIT: Just tried turning off Frame Generation in StarfieldPrefs.ini (uiFrameGenerationTech=0), ran around for 5 mins and sure enough, no weird multi-colored screen flickering with Reshade
I have RTX 2070 Super, so frame generation from Nvidia is not for me. With the unofficial version of frame generation based on AMD solutions, that I use, no problems with ReShade.
Just wondering if anyone else is having the same issue? With the recent update and when Frame Generation is turned on in the game's settings, I CTD when switching presets with {page up} or {page Down}, usually on the third time. The only thing I could see in the DMP file created was an issue with Nvidia's driver, nvwgf2umx.dll.
