      It's The Neon City Guard uniform, looted it from some guards when they tried stopping me from smuggling

   It works showing on the character without helmet. But once in the cockpit you will get this. As your character moves back and forth.

      Unfortunately nothing that can be done about that, it will hide it from view if you are wearing a helmet which is what I do
