    FAQ
    Q: Stowing is not working at all!
    Ensure you have sat in your vehicle at least once after starting the mod.
    Q: My Vehicle is too large to be stowed properly in the Garage.
    Please let me know which vehicle it is, as I will probably have to add manual exceptions for these at some point.
    Q: My Vehicle is floating in the Garage.
    Within a few inches is normal and should not be visually noticeable.
    If you experience more variance than this, please try placing your Garage in a more open area of the ship's interior.
    Anything smaller than a 2x2 may not work properly with freestanding Garages.
    Q: I have room in my Cargo Hold but the vehicle is not being Stowed there.
    Scripts cannot detect storage space added by perks or other effects - simply add more raw storage or use a Garage.
    Stowing can, of course, be disabled if you prefer to play without these mechanics.

      Any vehicle 'works', but those taller than the deimog will probably not fit properly in a single height hab.

    The stowing mechanic doesn't appear to be working correctly, at least with VTI. I've posted a comment on VTI's page about it but posting here too as I'm not sure which mod is causing the issue.

    When using VTI's vehicle bay hab, the vehicle doesn't appear inside the hab. It's also not possible to interact with the control panel at the side of the VTI hab's garage, even when landed in the wild.

    The vehicle does seem to be getting stowed somewhere, but where it's being stowed I'm not sure, as it doesn't appear in my cargo (which is huge) but is still automatically deployed when landing in the wild.

    I've tested with Roverhaul loading both before and after VTI, but neither works. Also tried with stowing disabled but it still doesn't visually appear in the garage as it should.

      Hmm. I'll test again to make sure it's working properly, but I'd need to see a papyrus log to determine what the issue might be either way. Which vehicle is it?

      Oddly, it seems to be working now. The only thing I did differently was reverting to an older save after encountering an unrelated bug with another mod, but the save I chose was still after I first encountered this one.

      If it happens again, I'll be sure to post some logs.

      Also for info, when I first installed Roverhaul I was using Baka's Rev-8 Hauler and encountered the bug immediately, which then persisted after switching to the vanilla Rev-8 and even through several restarts. I do also have the Deimog creation but haven't tested with that yet.

      PS. VTI's dev GreenRecon confirmed that the control panel is just decorative, so it was just a case of the missing rover.

      Oh, I forgot to mention, you do have to sit in the vehicle at least once to 'register' it for the system before it will work. The mod won't really take over until that happens.

      I am hoping it was just that, because for the vehicle to continue appearing outside the ship without being stowed anywhere really shouldn't be possible with how I've set things up.

      It may have been that. I did sit in it once while testing and it didn't seem to work, but doing it again seems to have done trick.

    Is there a reason why the vehicle is automatically deployed in settlements and outposts? I personally think that it makes more sense for it to not deploy in those locations since you likely won't need it there to begin with.

      There are actually two:
      1. Spaceports are where you change vehicles, and if I use my deployment override there, you can end up with multiple vehicles which causes weird bugs.
      2. So that you can always find it again in case you do not stow a vehicle, or lose it while exploring.

    Love the extra utility this adds to the game and rp aspects. 
    I've found when using the garage hab and a very large vehicle, take the V-47 Annihilator mod or the T-47 Airspeeder.  When I used normal habs and many of the single story habs from most mods it will clip through and in my case appear above the spaceship in flight. I didn't try them all so perhaps there are exceptions.
    I ended up using Mac Tec habs (probably a bit of overkill in size) and you could probably use other double story or more habs to achieve the same (preferably with clearance for the area of where you want the garage like Kuzuryu on creations), I found the problem was more the height for me than the width and length of the vehicle.  Just putting this info out there if you are using a larger vehicle and don't see it in the garage that could be the reason.

      Thanks! I'm glad you like it.

      I am working on a 'generic' fallback 3D asset to replace known problematic vehicles which are too tall or big, to visually signify that the vehicle is stowed without introducing floating or clipping. I don't really have a timeline for that though, so I am glad that double-height habs can work in the meantime!

      I'll keep that info in mind if I end up introducing garage habs within Roverhaul, and I'll test with those vehicles if so.

    I had a little problem after I installed the mod mid-playthrough, on a planet far away from civilization. I could not decorate a garage, not enough space for it. After reentering the ship (to make batteries) and leaving again, the Rev-8 was gone, presumably stored in the cargo bay for lift-off. How do I get it out of the cargo without starting and landing again? How do I get it out if a garage is installed (which I have done in the meantime)?

      There are two ways to get it back: Disable Stowing in the options (you might have to land somewhere else to respawn it) or go to a spaceport. I'll make a note that you should probably install it while in civilization or it can lead to scenarios like that.

    So, when I saw this, I flipped. I love your Real Fuel mod. One question, though. Are you going to add support for more ship mods. Stroud Premium Edition and Matilija have hangar bays for vehicles, and I really like using these.

      Since 100% patchless/native compatibility is possible (and extremely easy), I will likely be reaching out to other mod authors and seeing if they are interested in supporting Roverhaul within their mod rather than attempting to make patches myself.

      On that note, I have been in touch with Vince regarding SPE, I haven't reached out to Matilija yet but I will do so when I have the time, to see if he's interested.

    Rbt, thank you for the latest update.
    The previous version of the mod was stable most of the time. Unfortunately, now, when I run out of battery and swap in a new one, a strange bug occurs: it says that my vehicle has run out of charge (even though the previous notifications informed me that the vehicle had been recharged).
    I recorded a video — hope this helps you narrow down the issue.

    Absolutely amazing!! It's so neat to be able to see my modded vehicle in the garage hab while in space! I love how you can still access the vehicle's trunk (I have All Vehicles Have Storage mod) while on board ship as well! Thank you very much for this wonderful addition!
