Main File - I just discovered that different jetpacks have different drain speeds. Hopefully, this new version will eliminate the cost of all jetpacks.
Optional File - After discovering the Boost Pack Training perk, I tweaked the flying cost a little bit, so hopefully you won't be able to fly unlimitedly in the late game.
