hi people. dunno how to post on nexus, but i did psuedo-update this mod for my own use. i wouldn't mind sharing if anyone wants it... this is the only vanilla-ish style mod that gives maru braids
Per the author's wishes, I won't be uploading it, but I will share the edits I made so other people can still enjoy this mod :]. Hopefully the creator will return to do it properly, but here's what I worked on the last few days!
I also added minor compatibility for the Give Maru Scrubs cuz I personally hate the nurse outfit. If it doesn't work though, just replace the cuter aesthetic version with the hospital attire from this folder. Other than that, well, credit where credit's due. Poltergeister made the outfits, stanloona420 made the hair, face and some of the outfits, and CherrySymphony did the scrubs. I'll possibly be doing Black Leah as well on one of my future days off... As a black person, I appreciate these mods a lot.
Perhaps a bit of an ask- I LOVE this mod and especially the added texture to Maru's hair! However... I'd love to see maybe some collaboration with the Give Maru Scrubs mod (https://www.nexusmods.com/stardewvalley/mods/2903). I'd love to get her out of that GROSS nurse outfit AND have her beautiful textured hair styles.
I hope this isn't a dumb question, but I recently downloaded this mod and tried to follow the instructions to add it to the seasonal characters mod. However, if I just open the seasonal characters folder and paste the "assets" folder, it replaces way more than just Maru's sprites/portraits. Is there something I'm missing? Are you supposed to paste it in a certain sub-folder? I tried looking at Maru's section in the seasonal mod and it all seems to be a different format than this mod is. I really love your mods! I appreciate it if you have a chance to help me out.

I have a question do have any plans on making a file or something like that for the nose to become invisible like in "Seasonal Outfits - Slightly Cuter Aesthetic"? If yes thank you i would really apreciate it, if not thanks anyways because this is really adorable.
the only problem I've ever had with this mod is maru's flower dance sprite doesn't match her portrait, the portrait is vanilla instead, anybody know how to fix this?

in the "Portraits" folder, the FlowerDance and SpiritsEve folders both need be placed inside the Festivals folder
