Can we get Stardew Valley Expanded support for the new NPCs it adds?

mine seems fine. what type of support are you talking about because i have SVE, RSV, ES and various other NPC mods and they all work perfectly well with this mod

Sure the mod doesn't crash the game when SVE is installed but I think they are asking if the mod recognizes NPC's families and friends (Olivia and Victor for example) and give the appropriate friendship bonuses.

I also have the same question regarding SVE, RSV and East Scarp.

I use ES, SVE, and RSV and yes, as spaghettibrain said, the mod works fine - all NPCs are recognized.

could there be an option to disable the happy emojis from popping up every time I talk to someone?

After the 1.6.4 update, the mod crashes my game when you end the day. Edit: updated SMAPI and it worked :)

Game crashing Bug: Crash occurs when buying any item from any merchant. Happening after 1.6.4 update.

Love this mod, it's one of my absolute go to mods, however, as seen on the image instead of saying X villager saw you TALKING to x villager it says TAKING

Just thought i'd let you know <3

Unsure if it's just me, I don't think the mod is working. There is no longer the little smiley face above their heads. installed with vortex game and mods are all up to date.

Friggin love this mod. It feels both rewarding and vanilla. As if it shoulda been part of the game itself!

Is there no config?  I seem to remember from the prior versions you could turn off some of the bonuses.  But I don't have a config file or anything in the GMCM in game.  It actually doesn't show up at all in GMCM like the other mods so I'm assuming no more config?  I've downloaded it correctly like every other of the 100+ mods I have but I can't even tell if it's doing anything.

You need to start the game after you install the file to create the config file. Install the mod; start the game up; close the game; edit the config file.

I'd like to add that I'm also having an issue with the config not generating. It's not showing up in the config menu, or in the folder outside the game either.

Edit: I doublechecked that it wasn't my mod manager by installing it manually, and nope, still not generating.

New edit: So I installed the 1.5 version of the game, mod, and SMAPI. I noticed that as well as the manifest and dll files that there's also a pdb file that the current build does not have. This install DOES generate a config file. I dropped it into the current build but the config still doesn't show up in the mod config menu and I'm not sure if it has an effect in-game.

I installed using Vortex and started the game to generate the config file. The config wasn't in the Mod Staging Folder but the Game Mods Folder. First time i'm seeing that happen stills most other mods everything is in staging too.

Really hoping Generic Mod Config Menu support is added at some point, with descriptions in-game of what every setting does.

Config generating without any issues (Mod installed via unpacking into Mods folder).

@Theoddon in case having problems with deciphering what each settings do, everything is written in Mod's description.

is there a way to change the distance of people within earshot? like they're only happy when i talk to someone else if they are within like 4 blocks of us but realistically if im in Pierre's everyone in the store would hear us talking. so is there a way to up that distance?

Thank you very much for the update, this mod really makes it feel worth it to talk to characters often instead of just showing up for their birthday once a year :D
