you should download patch file in main dc burger mod and even after that(due to naming error) it would not work so you should rename those files to : GuntherSilvian ,MarlonFay ,MorrisTod ,magnus(no change) it took me a while to figure this out and they closed their posts tab so I can't report there.
I love the art in this mod so much. Unfortunately, no matter what I do, Victor's portrait doesn't work. It either shows just snippets of his head, or it just shows the vanilla portrait, which then reverts all the portraits back to vanilla, and I have to re-toggle the pack in Portraiture. Does anyone know of a way to fix this, because I'm going out of my mind trying to figure it out. It's JUST Victor that doesn't work.
Hii, I love these portraits but every time I try to talk to the characters in game the image will appear zoomed in, and it will show a random part of the portrait such as the top of their head or their eye, how do I fix this?
Okay! So here's how I got ALL the DCBurger and Lunakatt's SVE portraits working for 1.6. Fair warning, this might get wordy
1 - Download Portraiture here Make sure you download the version for 1.6 in the optional files 2 - Install in Stardew Valley > Mods 3 - Download DCBurger's Portraits here Download version1.5.1 ~ This is the version meant for Portraiture 4 - Inside the zip file, copy the Portraits folder and paste it inside Stardew Valley > Mods > Portraiture 5 - Download: "Portraiture Mod - lunakatt's DCBurger Style Portraits for SVE" from this mod page :) 6 - Inside this zip folder, copy all of the loose PNG files and paste them into Stardew Valley > Mods > Portraiture > Portraits > DCBurger 7 - Download the "Patch for lunakatt's DCBurger Style Portraits for SVE" here 8 - Copy the loose PNG files and paste them into Stardew Valley > Mods > Portraiture > Portraits > DCBurger
From here we have to duplicate and rename some of the PNGs inside the DCBurger folder or they won't show up in-game D: taken from lunakatt's comment further down:
Now, inside the DCBurger folder, you should have PNGs named Gunther AND GuntherSilvian. Marlon AND MarlonFay. Morris AND MorrisTod. Finally, launch the game - once you're in dialogue with an NPC press P until Portraiture switches to the DCBurger preset.
Thanks for the instructions! I was struggling with Content Patcher and this did the trick once I switched to Portraiture. ( ^_^)b
Don't do like I did the first time through and drop files from the Content Patcher packs into the Portraiture folder. Make sure it's just PNGs in the Portraiture folder, from the Portraiture mods, and nothing else.
I had this mod installed and it was working but I deleted it to update it and forgot about it. Afterwards I couldn't get it to work no matter what I did so I did exactly what you said and finally it worked! I'm so happy, thank you very much
Thank you so much for these lovely portraits ! I cannot imagine playing without them anymore I have implemented the fixes other commenters and Lunakatt have given, but Suki (Travelling merchant) doesn't want to appear when I go see her, it remains the vanilla one, anyone else had that issue ? If yes, any solution ? Thank you in advance :>
I downloaded the Alpha Portraiture version and the portraiture versions of this mod, and it doesn't load at all. I think this might just be broken for 1.6 unfortunately.
I can't figure out whats breaking, all the sprites work fine except Marlon (only his talking to portrait not his vendor portrait) and the wandering trader. Any idea on what I should do?

I hope this helps somebody. Happy Modding! :>

Edit: For some reason some Lewis portraits don't seem to work, but the Ridgeside Village portraits seem to work fine just pasting them in!

I love these portraits!
For example, where should the file be placed, which mods are required, etc.
