hahaha I have to agree, returned to horseback riding after not riding in 3 years and my legs are still sore a week later! I'm fairly active and do spin and yoga regularly. I appreciate your joke <3

Edit - I take this statement back. Turns out the Sprinting mod also had a standing still stamina regeneration feature and that's why I was having trouble with the config for this mod.
I really wanted to like this mod because it seemed like an upgrade to the 'Sit for Stamina' mod. I think it needs some tweaking because I feel like I am always at maximum stamina. I just started a new game and my stamina has not been below 75% (and even when it was it regened quickly). I never sat once in my play through, it was all from standing still (usually while fishing). I tried messing wit the config settings but I can't balance it. I turned off what I thought was the standing still stamina regen but I still gained stamina back. I really love your Survivalistic mod and would love to see this mod rebalanced.
Your config makes me wanna tear off my damn hair. What's the max for "Multiplier": ? coz if I set it even just as high as 9, the moment I stand still, my Stamina refills to 100% instantly.
i just took a quick look at the code and the recovery value is multiplied by the "Multiplier" five times (basically "Multiplier" to the power of 5), so even a "Multiplier" of 2 results in a stamina recovery 32 times of the default one. Therefore you should only use values close to 1 unless you want instant recovery.

Riding is a sport. If at all, you should lose stamina when riding ^^
