A virus was detected in one of the downloads That’s a false positive. They happen all the time, but more frequently with a new update or a file the antivirus software/your browser hasn’t “seen” many times prior. See the antivirus troubleshooting page on the modding wiki for more information.
To help reassure yourself or confirm, you can click through to the VirusTotal report Nexus runs on every uploaded file from the files tab. This is where you need to click:
Note that it’s not uncommon for there to be some false positives here either — again, especially with a newer file. If you’re in serious doubt, waiting around a week will usually be long enough for antivirus and browsers to realise the file is fine.
If you’re having a problem and need to ask for support
Upload a log to smapi.io, following the instructions there on how to do so even if you think it won’t help. It’s always important.
Explain what’s happening in as detailed a manner as possible. If explaining things will be too difficult for you, then a screen recording (or a recording of your screen with your phone) of the issue happening uploaded to YouTube will help a lot.
Don’t worry if you need to use translation software to translate your messages — that’s perfectly fine. Or feel free to post in your native language and I can translate myself.
If you don’t follow the two steps above, it will take longer for me to both get around to your problem and to solve it because I’ll need to ask you to do them anyway.
This is a nice Lightweight mod that modders can use for coordinate collection. It makes me have an idea.. but instead I'll give it to you: Make it where you can save coordinates on a list somewhere and then use a command or something to create a txt file to reference
Ooh, I quite like that idea! You accidentally gave me an idea on top of that, actually. A "start path" keybind to start recording a path, an "add point" keybind to add various points in the path, and an "end path" keybind to essentially record a path.
Would that be useful for custom NPCs? I'm incredibly new to anything Content Patcher related.
A very useful mod. I just wanted to change the incorrectly exposed coordinates for my farm. Some modders tailor their mods to the map they play on themselves - because of this, many problems arise.

It can also log co-ordinates to a file, now. Quite handy for people even making mods.
