Exactly what I wanted. Like a lot of folks here, I felt so bad for the hurting blobfish – I already feel guilty about putting them in a fish pond... video game cruelty potential, I'm so weak for it !! Thank you very much, beautiful artwork.
Aw, I love this. Every time I saw the blobfish in game it just reminded me of the horrible reality of what they went through being brought up to the surface and having their entire bodily structure destroyed.
This is so wonderful! The in-game blobfish are cute with the context of injury removed, but it still bums me out to see them that way. Blobfish are infinitely cuter when they're healthy and happy. Thank you both so much for creating and animating this!
Thank you for this, I know the original was meant as a bit of a meme but this version is so much more pleasant knowing it didn't die a horrific death to look like that
