      Yes of course!
      All you need to do is download this file and place it in your Mods folder.
      (Also I'm glad you like it, I tried my best to imitate Shie's art style!)

   Does this mod only replace the portrait or the sprite too? if only a portrait then what's the point of fashion

      This only replaces the portrait.
      Shie has also updated their portrait mod for the 1.5 update, so this portrait mod only provides an alternative to her Leo portrait.
      
      Also I'm not quite sure what you mean by fashion!

      For marriable characters?
      Well the good news is, is that SHIE'S PORTRAITS? already does that!
      
      I highly recommend their mod since I based this portrait off of their children portrait.
