Plato TK

PlatoTK is not a one to one replacement of PyTK and does not yet have all it's functionality.
Mod creators who want to switch a mod from PyTK to PlatoTK need to rewrite many parts of their code.
(Content Packs for mods using PyTK are unaffected and PyTK and PlatoTK work alongside each other)
In time I intend to port all my PyTK mods over to PlatoTK and while doing so expand PlatoTK as needed.
