  Longevity Tax:
  
  Progressive income tax brackets:
   0 - 25000      = 10%
   25000 - 50000     = 15%
   50000 - 75000     = 20%
   75000 - 100000   = 25%
   100000 - 150000 = 30%
   150000 - 200000 = 35%
   200000 ->      = 40%
  
  The configuration value of "Tax Offset" will add to each bracket's %.
  The final income tax can be lowered by tax reductions (marriage/roomates; children)
  
  
  Property tax building weights:
   1 unit: Coop, Silo, Mill, Well
   2 unit: Big Coop, Barn
   ...
