Hey!! Thanks for this mod. Can I ask you to add translations to your MOD? I play in Portuguese and every time I consume an item, I keep trying to guess which one was consumed
I love the mod, but it would greatly benefit from 2 improvements:
- Automatically eating food BEFORE energy drops below zero, preventing exhaustion for the rest of the day.
- Removing the eating animation, so that it doesn't rotate your character or cancel actions like fishing. (If you drop below zero energy by casting a fishing line, the eating animation will activate, disrupting the fishing attempt.)
Just wondering if it's a thing. I imagine it'd be a bit of work, but is there the possibility to have a key to auto-eat something like this and skip the dialogue? When I'm mining, or doing anything I normally carry berries or cave carrots or something like that. It's kind of annoying to hit "yes" on "do you want to eat this?" I think it'd be a neat feature to just eat the thing you have selected until your bars are full, but I don't know if there are other mods out there that do that, or if it's a base-game thing either. Either way I like the idea of this mod as it is, I pause time and seem to ignore warnings for some reason...

As for your question, yes, that should be quite possible! Not a bad idea for a mod too.
Would it be possible to add a health threshold for eating as well? I would find this particularly useful on multiplayer, as eating doen't stop time as it does in single player.
Players with the latest version of this mod always get update alerts, since the manifest.json's version (2.1.1-unofficial.1-pathoschild) doesn't match the Nexus version (2.1.1). Can you change one of them so they match?
Hello Very cool your mod. But it would be possible to make a mod that when clicking to eat something, the player informed the amount he wants to eat and thus the feeding happens automatically releasing the interaction after the informed consumption is finished.
Ex. Do you want to eat blackberries? Yes <- Enter the amount ... 4 <- (A dialog where the player can choose the amount, not exceeding the maximum that the player has.)
While I could edit the mod to do this, I believe Health management to be an important part of the combat in this game, and considering how simple it is, I believe it should not be changed.
