For anyone wanting to use this with Ridgeside Village: It appears that this map doesn't quite play nicely with Ridgeside. Some of the tiles look a little off. I've updated everything (and I have DaisyNiko's Tilesheets) but no dice. According to the Ridgeside creators, their mod doesn't touch any vanilla assets so I'm not quite sure what's going on here. nevermind see daisyniko's response lol.
it's got nothing to do with ridgeside. i removed those sea tiles from my tilesheets mod because they became redundant and were annoying me, but i forgot they were used in this map. i'll upload an update to fix it soon
In hindsight, I did make a new file without RSV to test things, so it's possible that the tiles only broke in certain seasons. (I didn't really start investigating this until Summer)
Ah okay, thanks for the quick answer.. Hmm.. I wish sprinklers would work on the sand for this map. Since I want to replace the beach farm so we can catch ocean fish and such here.
Hello, I love this mod so much/but i have a small problem, I dont know why but the greenhouse doesnt show above the stone pattern and I dont know how to fix it TT
I downloaded the beach forage addon, and added it to my mods folder, but am not getting beach forage or the option to add it in farm type manager. Could you please explain how to make beach forage work?
Don't know if you are still having the problem but if you set it to replace beach farm instead of Riverland you need to edit the farm type at the bottom of the content.json in beach forage addon.
It's set to riverland so you just need to change it to beach and it should start working, I had the same problem till I check the file. (Don't forget to delete the save file in beach forage addon folder if done mid-game)
Ran into an issue updating to 1.1: while exiting the farm from the south entrance leads me into the forest like normal, trying to go back in through the same way dumps my farmer somewhere offscreen, getting stuck there; all I can see is the water and some of the dock. The other exits work fine, and SMAPI doesn't show any errors when this happens either.
Ok... so I forgot to mention that I had set the config to replace the vanilla Beach farm. I just made a test file--this time replacing the Riverland farm--and everything worked perfectly fine. Changed it back to Beach, went back to my main file, problem's still there. Leaving it set to Beach, I made another file just to be sure--still there.
I love this map, it's super cute and honestly the perfect size for me with what I want to do on my current run. I just wanted to ask if, in the future, there's a possibility you could make a version that doesn't have the decorations? like the bench and lightpost things, and perhaps the chair and wood behind the house? if not, that's ok too. thank you.
Such an amazing mod! I played with it in my main file 200+ hours! It works perfectly as it is with 1.5 update, but the only thing that bothers me is that you can't move greenhouse, because the place where greenhouse originally is, shows as red so you can't even put greenhouse back there. Is there any easy fix for that?
i'll have a look at the new map and see if i can use this one to replace it. i have a lot of work to do to update my mods for 1.5, but i probably won't have time over christmas and new years unfortunately

They're XNB mods, so someone you may want to ask the author to convert them to Content Patcher.
