Hi all, it's been a while: almost 3 years since the last update, and almost 4 since the first release!
I've put together an update to bring the quality up to a slightly better standard, with new sprites, new integrations, a nicer codebase, and fixes for various issues that've been plaguing the mod over the years. You shouldn't notice any warnings, notices, or weird oddities day-to-day when using the mod for now. Thanks to atravita for solving issues around json shuffle, item inputs, and mismatched outputs.
Have fun with the fresh mushrooms! blueberry - 16/08/2023
I would love to see this come to 1.6 (especially as a replacer for the basic mushroom log item. Not sure if that's easier though so I thought I'd throw it out as an option)
First of all, I love this mod, it's added so much fun to my game. I'm so glad it got updated after so long. However my Smapi says it isn't compatible with the new 1.6 update, are there any plans to update it?
I liked that this mod had so many options that you can add as far as customization in the config, I was excited to grow specific mushrooms, with the same quality as the mushrooms I placed on the log, rather than just waiting to see what grows on the new mushroom log in the game. ;-; I could add things like Magma Caps on my own. Or literally any other item (As long as it wasn't truffles).
Fun fact, if you have this mod, it for reasons beyond my understanding, breaks the (MARGO) Modular Overhaul profession mod when used with the Luck Profession Mod. Again, no clue why, but those are the three mods that would break the level up screen overnight if used in conjuction with each other.
I'm not even mad, I'm just letting others on here know about the incompatibility so they don't have to sort through their load order like I did.
I found a duplication bug if I try to break several propagators at once with a blow charged with an iridium hoe, while keeping a distance from the propagators, the latter are dropped at my feet, but also remain on the ground, which multiplies them
Hi blueberry! Cool Mod. I created a German translation for myself but if you want to integrate it in the mod, let me know where/how I can share the file :) Greetings!
Thank you for making a great mod. Regarding the Japanese translation, it seems that the file name needs to be corrected. It worked when jp.json was changed to ja.json.
Just to let anyone who installed this mod and better crafting mod at the same time. I think its the one causing the mushroom log to not work when you craft them. It shows the item name "0" because when I tried the debug hotkey, the item works when using the hotkey.
