Surprise! There was a json release of this mod in the comments. But many questions remain about how to add the weapons into the shops since the custom shop redux is broken.
I have configured the mod to be included in the adventurer's guild. You only need to install ShopTileFramework mod and Json Asset mod since I included the json release in my folder on google docs. (ShopTileFramework ,, JsonAssets)
(note - I did not adjust prices so OP weapons can be bought for like 500-3,000. Also, I only did the adventurer's guild. If you know how, I suggest editting the prices and adding different shops to make weapons feel more exclusive.) If my patch becomes outdated, breaks your save, or does not work for you, I am novice at programming/modding so I will probably not know how to fix it lol. But as of right now it works, and I am currently playing it :) Enjoy !
oh no! unfortunately .xnb mods aren't compatible with the game anymore, and especially using older ones like this will cause issues like that. the only way to fix it to my knowledge is to uninstall and reinstall the game (make sure to save your save files somewhere else if you want to keep them!). if you want a functional version of this mod, you can try installing SMAPI, then the JsonAssets framework and then my conversion i linked in the posts here. that should make it work with your game :)
Hey, I just posted a JsonAssets conversion of this mod! I even set it up so different people sell different weapons that correspond to what they usually sell (for example, the Steak Knife is sold by Gus, Robin's Axe is sold by Robin, etc.) I of course credited you for the weapons themselves, I just wanted to make this more accessible and updated :)
yeah, as far as i know it should still work as long as jsonassets continues to be able to populate the items in shops. none of the options are configured to sell at custom/modded storefronts, only the vanilla shops. i believe i coded them to be sold in the adventurer's guild (vast majority), the saloon, robin's shop, fishing shop, krobus' shop, and pierre's. keep in mind, these are fairly unbalanced, as most are fairly inexpensive and can be bought from shops accessed early.
Hi I'm having an issue where when I upgrade my Galaxy Weapons to Infinity weapons they change to weapons from this mod the sword becomes the Assassin's Dirk, the Dagger becomes the Shadow Dirk and the hammer becomes the Cold Steel Dagger I never had the issue before until using this mod and I'm a little upset bc I love the additional weapons from this mod but it gets very annoying not having the Infinity weapons as they are their descriptions are the same and the infinity weapons but their looks and names are changed to those weapons
(sorry, my English is bad) Hey, i fix some bugs(the names were not shown in other languages) from a Content Patcher ver. of this mod and added items to Marlon(adventr. guild) shop using Shop Tile Framework, this works on the latest version of the game. But the prices are created automatically, so they are not really balanced. If y want, y can download it from google: click (it contains and NightmareAddWeaponry And Shop Tile Framework if y dont have it) And if you want i can add some edit in this.
Edit: Find a post about replacing Gold Scythe, fix it(link in main post updated). Now i found a bug if y have RSV and this CP ver. Nightmare installed, last weapons from this mod and first from RSV just merge(Energy Saber from NAW got a texture of Ark Blade from RSV) and Ark Blade just not added to the game, but all other weapons from RSV work normally, I'll fix it later(sry). If y find some bugs in my ver., pls write me, i will try to fix it.

It causes the new item Golden Scythe to be replaced by "Iron Spear", and removing the mod will delete the item altogether, which is irrreplaceable! DO NOT USE THIS MOD!
I've had the same problem once I tried to uninstall the mod but I found a fix. Just launch steam then go to Stardew valley -> Properties -> Local Files -> verify integrity of game files.
It should detect the two faulty weapons.xnb files and replace it with the correct ones, no need to reinstall anything.
