Some fish are too hard to catch -> the mod has the easy mode option (see below).
Mermaid Island Fish appearing if I don't have the mod -> East Scarpes has some fish from MNF, they are catchable during summer there, thus it's not a bug.
Willy quest not completing -> You need to go to the beach between 6 AM to 5 PM. Carrying all 5 Ingredients.
Mod is compatible with SVE, RVS and ES - it should work properly with any other mods.
There's a bug on Demetrius letter in the PT-BR version -> Procura no content.json o termo: 228 - substitui a linha inteira pelo o que está abaixo:

I absolutely love this mod! I'm so happy to know that the mermaid island fish will appear in the regular game. I have so many mods going and didn't want to have to add another one just yet. I had caught all the fish in vanilla, though, and having this mod has made me want to go fishing again, so thank you so much! haven't run into any bugs, either, and I even caught the iridium goldfish! Can't wait to put it in a fishtank!
Hello there, sorry for my weird English. I just found that if I use MORE NEW FISH and SVE together, the starfish from SVE will disappear from ocean, I didn't see any bug report from SMAPI, and when I delete MORE NEW FISH, the starfish appears properly(I used visible fish so I can see it from ocean).......
Love your mod! Struggling to find the former Mermaid Island fish in ES during the summer. Is there a particular spot they spawn / any idea why they may not be appearing (believe I’ve checked and Mermaid Island is not installed). Greatly appreciate any insight 😃

to my understanding this mod was made before 1.5 stardew which added ginger island and thus the vanilla lionfish, "use legacy lionfish" means that if checked, it would add the lionfish from this mod in addition to the vanilla one

This might be a stupid question, but does anyone know how to get the pups to fill out the fishing collection? I've got them to spawn by breeding the adult fish in fishing ponds, but pulling out the pups doesn't complete them in the fishing tab. The pups are the only things I need to complete the fishing collection. I feel like I'm missing something, lol.
