Changes Harvey's Winter Star dialogue so that he no longer pretends no medical emergencies happened all year.

Imagine it's Winter Star year 1. You're talking to the NPCs and thinking about all the things that have happened that year. You get to Harvey and he says "I'm thankful there were no medical emergencies this year!" Seriously? Shane needing his stomach pumped wasn't an emergency? The "emergency surgery" after that failed skull cavern dive somehow wasn't an emergency? None of the various modded characters who had clinic cutscenes were emergencies? Did Harvey forget?
Fear not! There is a cure for Harvey's memory loss while keeping him in character with his doctor-themed festival dialogue. Using Content Patcher, this mod simply replaces the dialogue line with a new one.
Vanilla line: "I'm thankful there were no medical emergencies this year!"
Modded line: "I'm thankful so many people got their flu vaccines this year!"
Should be fully compatible with any mod that doesn't also replace Harvey's Winter Star dialogue line.
