tbh, this was a personal mod for a LONG while, since i wasn't sure it was good enough to share and later i just stopped playing sdw at all, forgetting about it completely... but BG3 happened and it reminded me about this old project of mine :) so i decided, why should this mod continue to collect dust, so to speak, if i can share it with people who still play sdw, right? so i fixed a few old mistakes on sprites, freshened them up a bit (because they looked less detailed before) and voila!!!

installation: first of all, make sure you have installed Content Patcher and everything it requires! drop my folder with owlbears into your "***\Stardew Valley\Mods". after this you need to run your game ONCE to create the config.json file (which can be opened by notepad). this way, you can specify which one of the owlbears do you want and which saddle or even if you want one at all:
"Horse": "owlbear-dark", (or "owlbear-brown", or "owlbear-white")
"HasSaddle": "true", (or "false", if you don't need it at all)
"SaddleColor": "red", (or "orange", or "purple")
also don't forget that you can edit/recolor any .png to your own liking by using paint.net or any simular program!
