      I think it's one from Naver :,/
      There's a Seasonal Japanese Buildings for the farm on this site tho. (The town ones look like those from what I've seen.. I don't have access to Naver Cafe myself.) 
      
      This is a cute stall even as a stand-alone!

      A texture that makes the town look like a map of Japan, it's from NAVER, and I can't provide you with a link, but the author's name is Meolbamma.

   is this on all the time or just in summer? because I have Khadija's Recipe Shop Mod so I'm wondering if it will conflict

      Could you consider placing it in a different place than the {Khadija's Recipe Shop} mod so that they don't overlap each other?
      If so, in this way we could have masters, I ask you to consider it because your mod is active in recent updates while the other is not. Thank you very much in advance
      By the way, I'm delighted with your mod, I love ice cream and this gives a new theme to the game
