second thing is: i don't thing i will be able to finish all the portraits anymore, as I started college months ago (reason of my absence) I haven't have time to draw almost anything.
I WILL, however, keep updating this mod until I find time to spare and draw some different portraits, but I don't promise anything regarding the other villagers' portraits unfortunately.
Again, thank you so much for the support!! As a reminder, I did this AS A HOBBY!!!! I just wanted to share something personal to the world and didn't expect to have such a reaction, so is heart breaking for me to cancel the portraits mod.

ok I managed to get this to work with 1oxnes and talkohlooeys' Seasonal Portraits. All I did was go to [CP] 1oxnes and talkohlooeys' Seasonal Portraits > assets > data. And then open up the redirect.json using the notepad and use ctrl+f to search for Mods/HDPortraits/Wizard. There should be two of those; after you found those 2 delete both of them.
Note: you should search for Mods/HDPortraits/Wizard not Mods/talkohSeasonal/Wizard.
I found a temporary solution for using the mod. I found it in the HDPortaits Mods Comments. The solution is posted by User l4ul4u and I take no credit for it, but I thought the people here would love to hear they can use Felix in 1.6. Altho I wasnt able to test yet if the seasonal changes still work with that, but even if they dont, it is better than nothing I guess
you will need another mod called "Portaiture" 1st: Download Portraiture and the other portrait mod you want to use; 2nd: Move them to your mods folder (don't move the portraits mod inside the portraiture mod folder); 3rd: Open the portrait mod folder, inside you'll see a file called manifest. Open it and delete this: , "Dependencies": [ { "UniqueID": "tlitookilakin.HDPortraits", "IsRequired": true, }, ] (be careful not to remove any other stuff) 4th: Save the file and open the game; 5th: Find Rasmodius and talk to him, the portraits will not show up right away. You need to press P until you see the portraits. Usually a box saying HDP will appear above the dialogue box, and that's when you'll know the HD Portraits are working. For me it worked and it is a great work around until this mod and/or HDPortaits are updated
Hiiii- okay you literally saved me with this fr and I adore you for it, genuinely have been waiting to play with different portraits since the update and I am the most impatient person ;-; BUT anyways I was just curious do the sprites work for you or just portraits?? or maybe even if the user that posted the solution originally mentioned anything abt sprites? (if so I will fr sift through all their posts to find it) I'm just trying to figure out if this is a me not being tech savvy enough problem or another update problem <3
the sprite works for me after the change to manifest :) do you by chance use Seasonal cute characters? if so you need to delete the "Wizard" folder out of its assets folder.
Android here ,If you moved the wizerd portrait of this mod into portrait folder of portraiture and than you go and talk to him with pressing P ...it will show up!
This is so great!! I would absolutely love if you did more younger versions of NPCs or honestly just any NPCs in your style if you ever feel up to that! love your style!
I want to wish you success in fashion. So far, this is the best vanilla version for a young wizard. True, I have problems with the hat, but I will wait for the next improvements. Good luck!

I love this MOD of the Wizard, the Portraits work well for me, but I always have bugs with its Sprite, it doesn't show up and I've already tried it in several ways. I have the seasonal Sprites, I turn off theirs and nothing, I also have Romanceable Rasmodius SVE and I don't get the Sprite from this mod. Help :(

Now, there's a common bug like "Zoomed in portraits", and that only happens when you use the incorrect pack, like using Vanilla ver. with SVE installed, so please make sure you are using the correct pack, which is SVE (7 Expressions) or if you have the mod Romanceable Magnus Rasmodius use the 12 expressions sheet. If you don't have SVE or the romance mod, just use the vanilla version. Also, there are people that sprites don't show when they have the seasonal outfits, but I have tried using my mod with the seasonal outfits on too and I don't really have any issues with it, so I can't figure out a solution. If there's someone out there that could help me how to fix it I would appreciate it so much, so sorryy!!!! ;;;

Also I'm now making more portraits! Starting with Sebastian's. I'm planning on making portraits by groups (Bachelors, Bachelorettes and then the rest of villagers). So please make sure to check my profile once in a while to see some work in progress!
I ABSOLUTELY ADORE your style! I'm glad to hear you're going to slowly work on all characters. Are you going to make outfits compatible with Seasonal sprites? (I hope so, but that's a whole lot to ask, so I don't expect yes lol)
Also, could you perhaps make a 'younger Linus'? No offense to the old guy, but....eh...I'd prefer much like the wizard, someone a bit more youthful to enjoy tromping around the woods.
Either way, I cannot WAIT to see your future portrait mods, and you can bet I'll be installing them as they come out.
Hi! I just wanted to add my experience in with this bug for any one else curious and not wanting to waste time doing trial and error, the "zoomed in portraits" does occur in cutscenes in the RRRR mod (with the 12 portraits version) if you have SVE downloaded as well! I was wondering about this as well I downloaded both and SMAPI did not like it, it refused to load both of the mods because despite the files being named differently it recognized it as multiple copies. Hopes this helps, I say just stick too the 12 Portraits version and the "zoom In portraits" do not occur too often maybe once or twice a cutscene! -also I love this mod so much I cannot wait to see wait the moderator will do next
HELLO!!! Sorry for being absent this whole time. I lost access to the original account, I am trying to get into my original account.
I left the game for about several months now and I haven't made any progress with the portraits as it takes a lot of time and tbh I lost interest to it.
As a reminder: I made this mod as a hobby and I didn't intend to maintain this for too long. However I might get the portraits one by one so is not much a burden now that I came back (now because the new SV update is coming out soon).
About bugs and stuff: Once I get access to my main account I will try to check them out and try to fix + add extra portraits mean to different sheets, IF FOR SOME REASON I CAN'T GET ACCESS TO MY MAIN ACCOUNT I will repost this mod to this account and keep upgrading it.
About the other portraits:
As I said, I haven't made more portraits rather than Sebastian's, Harvey's and I barely started Alex's. I will however posting their portraits one by one as soon as I get the access back.

I know you said you most likely wont be doing the other NPCs... BUT I love your art AND I was curious if you would be interested in reskining Krobus at all. there is an outdated mod called Elven Krobus, and I just think a reskin similar to that with your art style would be INCREDIBLE!! hope all is well. I look forward to you putting out more content whenever you can!

In regards to this comment, I attempted this to resolve the issue and I still can not get the portraits to appear. Im not sure if this is due to an update, or because im using the 12 expression SVE file. If anyone can advise I would greatly appreciate it as I feel like I messed up somewhere. :,)
