Added an optional tiered processing speed increase/decrease depending on play style. Increment/decrement values customisable via config. Fixed some machine rules, to better match the original Keg rules. Re-added Kegs themselves being purchasable at Clint's by request, enableable via config.

Tried to add more depth gameplay wise so now the default recipes require you to upgrade the previous tier. Only the recipes are now available to purchase at Clint's with the next tier becoming available when the player owns the previous recipe. Added compatibility for Cornucopia: Artisan Machines.
