      This is not your content.json it's the original one. Don't change it. Just subfolder your translation and from your AdventureGuild.json remove the Load patch and keep the EditData only.

    'NPC Adventures - Content' has multiple patches which load the 'Data/Events/AdventureGuild' asset at the same time (NPC Adventures - Content > Include Events/AdventureGuild.json > Load blank AdventureGuild.json for events, NPC Adventures - Content > Load translations > Locale/zh/content.json > Include Locale/{{language}}/Events/AdventureGuild.json > Locale/zh/Events/AdventureGuild.json > Load blank AdventureGuild.json for events). None will be applied. You should report this to the content pack author.

      还不行，目前只能用0.17.5的，测试版还不稳定，其他的拓展包也都不兼容测试版

    The locale folder was not found in the original mod. What happened? If not, where should I put the zh folder?

      Just download the "Blackhole" version of the original mod(the second file), the first file is for future updates, it's not stable and incompatible with some of the npc adventure mods right now.
