To use this mod, open the game menu and switch to the social tab. You should see a drop-down menu below the list of relations. Holding down the left mouse button over the drop-down menu lets you sort your relations in four ways:

• Sort by hearts (ascending)
• Sort by hearts (descending)
• Sort by display name (ascending)
• Sort by display name (descending)
  

Simple!

There are also customizable keys you can use to cycle through the sort options (default Up Arrow and Down Arrow).
