I know there are days that pass where bees dont spawn but it's been like...an in game week I believe since I istalled this and I still have not seen the bees come out. Is it just me doing something wrong? I dragged and dropped your critter png and our critter text file into the critters folder inside the critters mod. I do not have your mod downloaded in my mods folder outside of what I stated above. waaaait I think my issue is I needed th whole folder in it and not just your two critter thingies. I think I am the problem after all. Assume this issue is fixed unless I come back again! Sorry! <3
Open up the Custom Critters folder, and create a new folder just called "Critters" Then, download Eemie's Bees mod and put the bees folder inside the Critters folder.
You should disable the Mod Manager download option, as the only way to install the mod is through the manual method - it may reduce the amount of confused comments you get, too.
How can I get the bees to work while also using your butterfly mod?
this mod replaces the critters tile sheet file and so does the butterfly mod. I tried doing what you said which was just place the bee folder into my mods folder but there is not a manifest so smapi can’t load it in the game
Hi, it doesn't have a manifest cause it's just a content pack and it doesn't replace the vanilla critters. You gotta put the files inside the custom critters mod.
I really love having bees in my farm. Would it be possible to have an optional version with a lil bigger bees? I just think that they look so cute and would be nice to have bees a bit bigger but def a little smaller than the butterflies in the game so I can really see it. I really love your works and mods!!
It's been a long while but if anyone is looking for this, in the critter.json file you should be able to find the width, height and scale value which you can change manually in notepad :)
