As it's partially just Content Patcher parts, those should mostly work, just remove the mod folders for the boat and bus - as boat and bus are using custom sprites they need the code updated.
Until I'm actively playing again, the $10 I make off Modding every 2/3 years here, isn't much motivation to update, so just have to wait till I finish Coral Island
I might be silly and this is the first comment I'm leaving on any mod, but this mod works fine in SVE for me? Unless I am not seeing a bug that exists?

Maybe something changed in SVE? Last I checked the changes to the bus didn't work, not sure about the boat - but if you leave out those folders the graphics changes should work ok with SVE.
I just wanted to signal a minor incompatibility between your mod and Seaside Valley, for Pam caravane. The mod change houses apparence and Pam caravane is considered a house, so we can't see your caravane replacement. But aside this, all work fine !
Hey - Thanks for the info - not something I'll change at this point as SeasideValley seems to change many graphics (especially as it changes Pam's place into a house). If you want vehicles to override seasidevalley, you just need to add seaside valley as a dependency in the manifest.json. Glad you are enjoying it.

I think i will just let it as it is, it was more of an info than a request.
Speaking of info, SMAPI logs indiquate that BusSpriteAdjuster use depreciated code and won't be suported in the coming update 4.0
