Due to IRL stuff I am on a modding hiatus - I have enough time to answer comments and upload bugfixes or updates that other people give me, but not to update mods myself or add new features. While most of my mods should remain compatible with 1.6 there may be some issues I won't be able to address until I have time to mod again.

Important notice: the only "quest" this mod adds is a message asking you to bring Alecto a prismatic shard, any other quests are added by Aimon's amazing Distant Lands swamp mod which has built in compatibility with Alecto so any issues with those should be reported on that mod's page.

Alecto doesn't have a birthday set up. Is this intentional?
Also it might be a lot to ask, but an option to persuade her not to remove the "curse" would be greatly appreciated. Unpopular opinion, I know, but I'm getting sick of all this talk about "being true to yourself" and "inner beauty" and whatnot that is POURING from media lately. Like, you have an option to not get old, why the hell wouldn't you use it, eh? Name me ONE good reason, people! It's one of those things that only gets debated while you don't have it, but once there is a slight possibility on the horizon - literally everyone would take it and justify it later :\
Not yet! I'm currently on hiatus as I can't find time to do more than small bug fixes, but the intention is for her to eventually be dateable and to be a potential roommate, either platonically or romantically (you won't be able to marry her though)
I was skeptical about the mod, but it turned out that I really like it. I even installed the Wellwick mod. Unfortunately, due to a mistake, I don't know what the event looked like. It's nice to hear that the mod isn't abandoned :) My best save game is patiently waiting for the update, so no pressure <3 Really no pressure.
Douglas's dad is Rasmodeous, so his mom would likely be Alecto. It would be cool if you added dialogue that acknowledged Douglas and maybe even schedule changes for them to interact. A SKE toggle could be added to GMCM so players can turn this feature on or off. If I could code, I'd make an add-on mod myself. Unfortunately, I don't even know where to start. So, here's this comment with the idea for you or any other modders who want to make it happen! Either way, thank you for your mod. We appreciate your hard work!
Alecto is staunchly childfree and actively dislikes children so she would definitely not be Douglas's mother! Perhaps Douglas could be a child Rasmodius had with someone else later or one he kept a secret from her, but she would not acknowledge or interact with Douglas and would not have married Rasmodius if she knew he had children. Thanks for the thought and the appreciation though!
I was literally about to ask if I could make a mod that adds interactions and conversations between Douglas and Alecto as mother/son. But after reading this, I have a feeling you will not be comfortable with that.
It would have been a "I hate all children except you" type of thing. But I shall respect your wishes.
So alecto is just stuck here all day, I finished her introductory event and have SVE installed, I cleared all grass as a potential fix but she still just stands there menacingly all day(I haven't unlocked the swamp yet if that matters) Any fix for this?
I'll look into making a patch to make that area of the railroad map the same in SVE as it is in vanilla so this stops happening, but that will take a while.
haha sorry, sometimes pathing in this game gets a bit messy! Just imagine yet another spell went wrong :D Thank you so much, I'm hoping I get enough time to add more to her soon!
Hi! Thank you for this mod, it's one of my favorites! Sorry to be a bother, but where is Alecto supposed to appear on the Railroad map with SVE? I can't seem to locate her on my latest playthrough after the intro scene, and the area she's usually in seems to be partially occupied by Susan's farm.
Update: I found her, she was hiding behind a tree! Thanks a ton for your help!
Hmm, I think I can't locate her there for some reason, I must be blind. I'll double check, thank you! I wonder if a mod that shows NPCs on the map would work with her, gonna check if there's an updated one and test myself.
