The screenshot is from the map editor rather than in game but the farmhouse will spawn in where the gap in the grass is in the top right.
However this mod is an xnb mod which is not the way that mods should be handled, and the farm map file does appear to be missing several important features such as grandpa's shrine, cabin locations etc.
I wouldn't recommend using this in it's current state.
Hello, I was hoping for the mod author's response so we could talk about map making, even extend a helping hand to turn this into CP (I make maps all the time, lol) but thank you for clarifying that it isn't an in-game shot! :D
You don't necessarily need cabin locations, but the author should include that this is a single-player map that could be turned into a multiplayer map during single-player gameplay.
XNB mods are no longer necessary and are not the preferred way of doing things because they don't play well with other mods that affect the same assets, and they can be destructive to the original game files if you uninstall them.
I'd *strongly* encourage you to consider remaking this as a Content Patcher dialogue pack.
