The ship is perfect, down to the smallest details. If it works, that is. I have tried everything to try to get this ship into my game, and nothing. So I ask for a small request: porting this ship to the Steam Workshop, it would be a lot easier to obtain, and it save myself and possibly many others the headache while trying to figure out on how to get the ship to work in our games. So, I look forward to when this ship appears on the Steam Workshop.
I love it! I used a ship replacer that resembled this somewhat, particularly the med bay. It was the U.S.C.M Kestrel on the Steam workshop. Not sure if they used the assets with your permission or not. Also, any chance of getting a mod that adds this ship as a replacer for other races?

Hello, its me again. I dont want to bother you a long moment but I must have your opinion on what I did. After a whole year of struggling, and many missed tries. I came up to a definitive version of a large frigate ship (based on many sci-fi ships), but still coherent with the story/lore of starbound. I add to learn how to mod a large ship in the meantime xD A ship that I released in the official forum section in february. Because I was really excited to finally come with an almost finished version after a lot of failed/clumsy attemps (maybe you responded on one of theses when I posted on the reddit, I dont clearly remember), I completely forget in the first times to mention all the copyrights. know I have found all the "humans" ship I have been inspired by, and your ship is in the top of the list ^^ Here is the link.http://community.playstarbound.com/index.php?resources/uss-polaris-tiered-uscm-deep-space-frigate.2645/ (its still very WIP) The ship is heavily based on your Gilgamesh cruiser (wich is exceptionnal and really inspirative in the shape...a great job) because it still basicly a large ship mod for human characters...that why I consider you are also as owner as me of the mod and of course have many copyrights on it. Thats also why I send you this message (I dont really know how to mp on this forum) on the mod thread. humbly, I must know, are you agree with the release of the mod. If you are not agree, no worries, i will make sure to remove the mod as soon as possible, once I will have contacted all the modders "implicated" in this design ^^ But If yes, if you are agree, I will make a list of all credits where your pseudonym will be, and with a link toward your mod, the Gilgamesh cruiser. (I really hope you will update it for the final release of starbound ^^). As It have already inspired the design of another ship, the absolution cruiser ^^ I dont know what to add more. Have a nice day ^^ Ps: sorry for my uncomplete english.
Hey all, for those of you scrambling to play with this ship again, I've got an updated and tweaked version up called Plus 1 Ships http://www.nexusmods.com/starbound/mods/135/?
I've delayed commenting here cause it feels pretty scummy, but it's been 2 months, sorry oddfellow. When you do get round to updating feel free to just grab the updated files from my mod and putting in your own ship image and block-map.
I don't get this to work, too. Unpacking and repacking from asset folder and extracting mod files via instructions in readme-file were succesful. But at startup with a new character there pop up error messages with "acces violations...[...]" and the game crashes. Is there a version incompability with the newest patch from yesterday?
