Upgrade Fragment (Currency), these special little chips are payoffs from your factories, getting enough will allow you to develop and build newer factories

Upgrade Fragments can be found in chests
Recipe Changes:
Diamonds are no longer required for recipes, instead, Upgrade Fragments have taken its place
You can also trade your diamonds for some extra Upgrade Fragments, incase you're a little short
Other Changes:
Heavily... and I mean, heavily changed the production timers, this will slow down ingame production as well as being credited via servers or just being away from planet, this counter-balance when you come back with thousands of materials
Mineral Collector recipes amounts have been reduced

Welcome to Idle Factories, the No.1 location for all your Idle needs.
This mod intends to break the "I need to go mining for ores" and instead gives you a bit of freedom to do other things, however, you still to get the base resources in making these factories, so its technically not 100% lasiness
Idle Factories comes with many, many different factory types such as: Ore Drillers (Lots'a ores and specific ores depending on the factory type) Mineral Drillers (Specific factories produce different block types) Pumps (We know what these do, or I should hope so) Specials (Extra factories with unique loadouts, such as the Forester Cutter, which generates wood)
