Please keep in mind, This mod is currently OUTDATED,
Yes, I know it says "Updated" However It's outdated. Starbound's full release was not anticipated to me, However it released today. If you haven't gotten the 1.0 update yet, This mod WILL work. If you have installed 1.0, I'm sorry, this mod WILL NOT work.
I'm sorry to say, But I'm also unsure if this mod is even needed since the 1.0 release, And/or, if the mod developer (Matrix) plans to update it for 1.0! Especially since the Steam Workshop Release. Then again, there are no Steam Workshop creative Mods.
Well, That's all folks! I Have work to attend for 3 days so if the mod is updated, Or if there is anything you need to look for, Be sure to check out matrix's page! I'll post it here!
Also! A helpful tip I found out! Press the Enter key in game, type "/admin" without the quotes, And you get about the same effect this mod had, letting you build and create stuff, even if you might not have the materials for it! Admin works for a "creative mode" for the time being since this one is outdated.
Oh and check out this guide if you're going to use /admin http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=649296619
On note, The modder was last online 35 days ago. So this mods update or completion is up in the air. His steam profile is here: http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198127474679
This mod is still needed. Admin mode is great and all, but there is a lot missing from this mod that I can't seem to replicate in admin mode, such as custom lava lakes and rivers with the lava and water guns. I used to do all my lighting and defense with lava for ancient temple style buildings, and I can't seem to do that in 1.0
I was all excited to make a lava trap room with secret doors and pressure plates, but I can't without this. Hell, even just a mod with those guns would be nice.
Again, Im not the creator, I simply uploaded it to Nexus. You'll simply have to use Admin until the mod is updated. The mod can be found here If I neglect to update it. http://community.playstarbound.com/resources/creative-mode.3101/
I'm no modder, I just reupload content for most of everything I do, But I would expect a couple weeks/SCRATCH THAT, A MONTH. before the mod itself is updated. That is if the mod author is frequent as I think he is.
A month because this game updates so frequently I doubt the modder can get a foothold before the game has another update!
