Thanks for downloading my mod!
Install: Delete any prior versions of the mod. Unzip folder to steamapps/common/Starbound, yes to any overwrites. Add the following to player.config, under { "item" : "bow" }

Making it

{ "item" : "PlasmaCutter" },
Uninstall: Delete the plasmacutter directory from common/Starbound/assets/mods, and remove the { "item" : "PlasmaCutter" } line from player.config.
