    I have the Carbon Steel Bars but i can't craft the Katana because i dont get the blueprint.

      I didn't update in a while because I figured everyone knew you just have to edit the Katanas.modinfo file:
      "version" : "Beta v. Furious Koala",
      to
      "version" : "Beta v. Enraged Koala",

      Uploading new version now.

    where do I craft the carbon steel, it says I have the blueprint I but I cant find where to craft it

      Yes, it does work. You craft carbon steel bars at a Metalwork Station.

      Yup they are. Some of them, anyway. A few are more fantasy kind of swords inspired by katanas.

    Where can i find uranium rod ?

      You smelt 2 Uranium Ores into 1 Uranium Rod, just like 2 Silver Ores into 1 Silver Bar for example. You can smelt at the Stone Furnace.
