About this mod

(LEGACY)(LEGACY)
Upgraded version of some ships, adding one block of height to each deck to allow 2 full sized floors per deck. Also several art and coding tweeks.

Permissions and credits
With the new upgradable ships vastly increasing the complexity of things and solving the main reason this mod exists, I am abandoning this mod.
Anyone is free to take over and try to patch it if they like, Sorry.

Update 1.5

-updated to Enraged Koala.
-to simplify things for future updates I have separated the .modinfo file into its own download, this way for most future starbound updates you will only have to download that file (and I will only have to update 1 file)

Update 1.4
-ALL SHIPS have been updated to Furious Koala.
-Removed invisible lights in empty space to help people who were getting low FPS using USS Gilgamesh

Update GILGAMESH 1.3!
Did a Plus 1 of oddfellows USS Gilgamesh version. In order to avoid flooding the nexus with Plus 1 varients, I'm going to just add them all to this mod and update the name as needed.
Small update to my original Plus 1 for the default ship and added it here.

Update! 1.2
-Doors pregenerated again (there is a space door on the cockpit you can 3d print if you want them instead).
-Unlocked cockpit and window backgrounds.
-Some backgrounds are now removed by default to show off some of the backbackground art.

Descriptions
USS Gilgamesh
oddfellows been at it again and updated his mod to the even bigger and better Gilgamesh version, alas I can't play with 10 high ceilings, so I've Plus 1ed it again.
- Increased all ceilings to 11 as standard
- Unlocked all backgrounds including; doors, lights, windows, cockpit, and all items
- Made the airlock work just for the hell of it, and unlocked the underside between the center thrusters for building.

Human Spacecruiser
I loved Human Spacecruiser by oddfellow (found here) unfortunately like almost every ship avalible the decks were 10 high, 1 short of whats needed to put doors on both levels.
- Increased all ceilings to 11 (letting you have 2 levels big enouph for doors on each deck)
- Redid background art (the ship has functional looking backgrounds, including; power grid, control grid, storage system, weapon system, engine intakes, water, and an airlock.)
- Unlocked all backgrounds including; doors, lights, windows, cockpit, and all items.
- Moved the cockpit forward 1 (to allow for better door, fuel, switch combinations there.)
- Improved the exterior to fit the higher ceilings, grouped some engines, moved some weapons, and shadow work.

Default Human Ship
- Increased ceiling height to 11
- Moved the captains chair and fuel forward by 1 (to allow more forward airlock/door/handscanner options.)
- Unlocked all backgrounds including; doors, lights, windows, cockpit, and all items.

Installation
1.Start game and collect everything off your ship into your inventory or planet side.
2.Extract the .7z file into the mod folder. (Steam/steamapps/common/Starbound/mods/ by default)
3.Extract the modinfo .7z file into the folder step 2 created. (Starbound/mods/[modname]/
4.Erase all .SHIPWORLD files from /starbound/player
5.Start game and move back in.

Note: for new characters, only step 2 is needed.

Future
I don't really have any other plans for future versions.
I probably won't be doing this for other ships, This was kinda an exception because i really wanted to use this ship but couldn't unsee the ceiling issue.
Not untill after official release anyway, as I'm kinda hoping the ceiling being 1 too short was just an oversight and will be officially fixed in the final release, not to mention just becoming the standard Mod wise.

Thanks
oddfellow - for coming up with this wonderful design, I especially liked those bottom storage tanks, and the rust with faded blue color scheme it makes it feel more of a seasoned ship.
