   Hey! That's an amazing mod you've made. It actually inspired me to make a similar mod where Sam's head is replaced with the one from conviction (I like that face more than the one we got in the blacklist) Could you possible give me some hints on how you've made your mode possible so I can work on mine? Thanks in advance!

   the only playable at the moment are briggs and kestrel I'm wrong?? if that's the case it's really weird that the model swap is limited

   This is a pretty cool mod, I'm now curious if you do more stuff like this, maybe have other characters like Solid Snake for example.

      Unfortunately model import is impossible for Blacklist - we can use only models which are already in game.
      But we managed to make Briggs playable - see optional files in this mod: https://www.nexusmods.com/splintercellblacklist/mods/17
      ;-)
