Fixed the bug which could freeze mission loading. Fixed neck bug. Had to change weapons swapping.

Extract the archive and put 3 files (armorpartlibrary.ini, pec.ini and weaponconfiguration.ini) into 'Splinter Cell Blacklist\src\SYSTEM' folder.

Brings back Paladin Suit onboard Paladin and as Alpha OpsSuit for those who want it despite the neck bug (see screens).

Just extract pec.ini file and put it in 'Splinter Cell Blacklist\src\SYSTEM' overwriting the previous version.
