      There are 2 files inside. Source code and exe file.
      Either install Authotkey and compile your self or simply double click on exe file it will appear near clock in windows tray, launch game and it will do its job

   Just FYI, you don't need this mod, you can rebound your rotate to MMB so when you press it, it rotates, while scrolling still zooms in and out.

   Or you can just simply set rotate key to MMB + RMB.
