Just a small contribution, ahk script that will auto hold CTRL when u are holding middle mouse to rotate map
I have setup wasd for map movement and game default asks that u hold CTRL (control) down while using middle mouse to rotate map. This small simple script will hold ctrl for you , so u can just use middle mouse and it will rotate.
