The idea is splendid, but my blood-mage got defeated on map one! The final city had my army trapped between the human defenders and dragons... While I ran out of silver! ;-)
Better than the original campaign, but the orc camp COULD have had some merchants (vendors, shops), so each player can play the own Shaikan style of choice.
Lack of voice-overs: From my failed podcast I know that one COULD make them with synthetic voices, but my hardware & software are too outdated to produce the quality you would need (mission briefings and quest goals in audio are pretty easy to make). You could either ask voice actors or use such software yourself though.
OK; sickbed time in the age of coronavirus made me beat that first map... Had overlooked the trolls AND was sloppy on exploring the map. AGAIN: The trader should open SHOP after we fetched those 5 barrels for him!
My prob is: We have a load of errand boy tasks, and once again BETTER than the original campaign at that, BUT we have neither PURPOSE nor STORY worth meddling with! Besides the Shaikan BS dying a lot... Dragonblooded... My reaver in Dragon Age Origins was already overpowered, and here we get skill tress barely functioning...
Thanks! I want to be honest - What I don't like is that the cut scenes are too fast and for me it is impossible to read it in time which is a bit annoying. Also there is an command text line in the cut scenes (npc_speech thing) which is quite unnecessary. This was a big turn off for me 2 months ago. I know it's not so easy to fix such things and it should be a common problem. I saw it on a other mod too. I just have to adjust, I can use for example the log for the cut scenes. I played through the campaign of shadow wars the last week and now I feel like playing your campaign.
