I downloaded this mod years ago from a Russian Spellforce-site. That site seems to be gone from the internet, and I did find out today that another modder has uploaded a package named "The Winterguard", which is basically the same as this mod - but is lacking the UI and the buildings of the Ice Elves. Replaces the Elves with the Ice Elves.
