    Remember to update OAR to 2.0 or there will be T-Poses with paired animations. The previous versions weren't expecting synchronized clips to not have pre-created bindings.

    Hi i see the " Double Sound Fix" and may i ask if there is one for when a vampire feeds and have double sound? I have this problem since forever and can't find a solution.

    I'm experiencing a strange bug in general with the animations. Does anyone know what could be causing it?

    I've been using some mods that have this mod as a dependency. For example:

    DynamicKillmove – Pike https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/103707
    GreatswordsKill Animations https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/104162

    My issue isthat the animations trigger, they start moving, but then freeze halfway through. Both the PC and NPC freeze, they don't die, they don't react, and the animation doesn't complete. Sometimes I have to Load again the save.

    This has happened with two different mods, and I see that in their videos it works fine, but in my case, this happens. Does anyone have any idea what could be causing this Or someoneexperience this, how do you fix it if that is the case?

    Yes i have al updated OAR and this are last version.

      Happens to me as well, but no idea why. I am unable to solve that to this day. But it happens only intermittently, so I learn to live with it. Nothing to do with this mod or OAR, since it has been happening to me since before I install these two mods. I think it got something to do with Ultimate Combat (https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/17196) but I am too lazy to check.

      I dont have ultimate combat installed. So i dont think that is the cause.

    Hello dear Ershin. The game constantly crashes after the killmove scene. Through long trials of different versions of OAR and PAI, we managed to find out that it was precisely because of Paired Animation Improvements. When I remove the plugin, the game works fine. As far as I understand, this problem is known, but quite rare. Thanks in advance.

    This mod breaks Violens killmoves and subsequently causes animation-related crashes. Shame that I'll have to ditch this considering that a number of good mods rely on this framework ;-; Please update if possible.

      I use it with Violens and haven't noticed any problems with killmoves or ctd.
      EDIT March. I take that back. Have had repeated CTDs and Paired Animation Improvements is always the first mod listed in the crash log.
      Disabling PAI stopped the CTDs. I will test again on a minimal mod list with Violens and PAI.

      It doesn't break Violens, I have it installed all the time. They work just fine.

      Huh, weird. My Net Script crash log keeps pointing to Open Animation Replacer as the culprit. If yall can't reproduce the crash, I'll see what I can do to fix it. Could be that the engine's overloaded in that case. (heavy modlist) Thanks though! I mean no offense, so I'm sorry if it worked you up.

      If you have RaceMenu installed, there is a long term bug that make the game crash whenever an NPC chop your character's head off through killmoves.

      I turn off player killmoves first thing for that reason. But I'd like to confirm now that I no longer get the animation crashes after re-installing OAR 2.1 for double measure.

    Will this still be needed with OAR 2.1+?  It looks like OAR now addresses some Paired Animation issues.

    I'm sorry, my question is, if I use Faster Horse Dismount SSE and install the Horse Mount and Dismount Double Sound Fix, it becomes redundant, is the Horse Mount and Dismount Double Sound Fix not necessary?

      Most likely the double sound fix is unnecessary, unless the animations from that mod also have the annotation - in which case they would have to be edited.

      Yeah. It is known now i hope.
      And some audio bugs when mounting horse.

      The horse double sound thing is because the vanilla animations actually contain the annotations that play sounds. However, they weren't working without this plugin, and I guess Bethesda forgot to remove them after they baked them in behavior instead (after all, they weren't doing anything).
      Can't really handle this on the plugin side, because this is in fact the "correct" behavior. To fix this, the original animations have to be edited to remove the annotations. Not sure how to do that right now, but I could probably add them as an optional file.

      Thank you! This fixed a bug where climbing on Odahviing in Dragon's Reach puts the camera in the ground.
