Adds a kill move exclusively for Pike.

- Only applies to 3rd person

However, the Pike's weapon animation type must be a two-handed sword.
The latest version of Open Animation Replacer and Paired Animation Improvements are required.
If you encounter any problems, update Open Animation Replacer and Paired Animation Improvements to the latest version.
Among True Directional Movement users,
if you use the directional movement setting even when equipping a weapon, problems may arise with the kill move location.
