Distributes earrings and necklaces from Obi's Jewelry Pack to female NPCs through SPID

This mod provides general distribution of earrings and necklaces from Obi's Jewelry Pack through SPID. Selects female NPCs under the 9 major holds, Khajiit Caravans, Thieve's Guild, and Bandit factions. Due to the nature of implementation, some NPCs may get more than one piece distributed but will still equip one properly. The jewelry is quite expensive, so if you are worried about inflating the amount of gold you can make in the early game, I would recommend either reducing the sell value in Obi's esp, or reducing the distribution chance of Bandits in my provided DISTR ini.

Install FSMP -Faster HDT-SMP - Earrings have SMP physics by default
Install Obi's Jewelry Pack - works with both main file and optional SMP necklaces file
Install SPID
Install this mod.
