Sure, I will gladly share where I am at! My main goal was to have NPCs have UW when they got looted without costing any ESP slots and have a little variety. I think I have achieved that.
First, this mod, N.U.D.E. powered by Underwear.dll, has a neat chart you may have seen by ModiLogist re: different UW mods. The chart may be a little outdated (not sure), but it gives you an introduction to this area of Skyrim modding, and what to look for in mod options. Now, that mod seems cool, but it seems to require Dynamic Armor Variants (DAV), which I didn't want to/couldn't run (sorry, I can't remember why). Also, there may now be other UW mods not listed on that chart.
Anyway, the recent updates to this mod seemed really important so I went with Underwear.dll for now.
I couldn't figure out how to make the Nezzer lingerie mod work with this mod. I added it to the Underwear.ini. It was fine on females (awesome, actually), but males would try to equip it also, and it would not show up. If you looted an armor off a male, a female UW could randomly get assigned. The armor would still look like it was there even after you looted it, but the inventory would report it as the women's underwear. So I commented out the Lingerie lines in the Underwear.ini until someone helps.
Here is what I am doing for now. It is not ideal, but it works in my limited testing. I have these mods in this order. This is costing no ESP slots:
Here is what happens in game with this setup: When an NPC dies and you loot them, there is UW there. I have a nice computer and maybe that helps, but I can't see any brief nudity. The UW selected is random between the UW from this mod, Underwear.dll, and from Sleep or Swim Attire. Males get male versions, females get female versions. If you were to then loot the UW, the NPC would then be naked.
I wish some kind person would share their knowledge about how to have female UW ONLY get distributed to females. I don't know if it is possible. Then I would add diverse and relatively non-slooty lingerie to female NPCs.
Some of the other mods from the chart have "Distribution based on wealth and lifestyle". That would be really nice. But again, I didn't want DAV.
Hopefully this is helpful to someone, and others can share new setups/mods! Let me know if I have to edit something.
Can someone drop a guide/tutorial on ini files or where can i get the underwear from other mods to add to the ini file. As a non modder i dont have any clue and no mods seem to offer any links on this topic :c Also cant really understand the logic behind bodyslide, as i tried both Underwear.dll and NUDE but with NUDE i get improssible to take off clothes and i dont get what exactly i am doing wrong.
I took a look at the source code and Underwear.dll does not work with TNG (and probably SOS) because it checks the armor to only have slot 32. Latest version of TNG, same as SOS Full, adds slot 52 to the covering armor which makes the check to fail.
Really thank you for checking the code inside. Before TNG, I had mainly used SoS (Himbo) Light together with underwear.dll due to the possible compatibility issue.
good to know, thanks but as I said it doesn't seem to work even with BHUNP also I even used your N.U.D.E. powered by Underwear.dll mod and it doesn't work so basically I guess I was right and it doesn't work with 1.5.97
I noticed an incompatibility with Race Distribution Framework: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/113825
With both active, Underwear.dll seems to malfunction and underwear renders at the same time as armor. Removing Race Distribution Framework makes Underwear.dll function normally.

I have it mostly working. I am using Nezzar's Ult Lingerie Collection 2.0, but just trying to add the least sexy few things.
How do I distribute these to women only? They sort of go to guys also, but they don't show up and cause issues.
If this mod combo doesn't work, are there other mods that are well suited to handle guys and girls? Does anyone have any example lines?
I am surprised there does not seem to be any sharing of ini file ideas here.

Credit to XanderVirtus! Their mod, Underwear.dll with Sleep or Swim Attire - No ESP, gave me the settings to add to this mod. My settings here are a simple combo of the existing Underwear.dll settings and the ones from their mod.

It was until TNG's 2.3.0 that these two had worked together flawlessly, but TNG's update to 2.4.0 has make this mod's dll stop working, I suppose.
(Edited): Reverting back to TNG 2.3.0 at least worked for me.
