Places a landlord's safe inside of a pillar in the safehouse treasury for ease of access

(Disclaimer - This is my first mod. I made this for my own convenience, and figured I'd share to save some work for others, or just make someone's day who happens to really like two of the same mods that I do :D. Since I didn't even know how to mod an hour ago and arguably still have no idea what I'm doing, I am going to politely but firmly ask that you back up your saves before installing this, as I don't want to be the reason someone with far more investment in their game than me loses their last 5000 hours of blood, sweat, and tears.)
The safe can be found embedded inside of the pillar facing the pedestal for King Orgnum's Coffer, immediately on the right after entering the treasury inside of the safehouse. You will still need the key found during the Real Estate questline to access its contents, as this safe is effectively a copy of any other landlord's safe. I'm running this mod on version 5.6.5 of LotD and version 1.6.640 of Skyrim. I have no idea how well this mod would work on any other versions.
